Carl Ebneth
Carl Ebneth received a B.S. in Biology, with a minor in math and finance. He attended medical school and worked 18 years at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey. In 1999, Carl decided to pursue his interest in finance when he began his financial career at New York Life. He went on to work for New England Financial, which eventually became MetLife and then Mass Mutual. In 2005, Carl founded Physicians Wealth Advisory Group, and in 2016, he created Ebneth Financial Group.
Carl offers a wealth of experience in insurance and investments. He holds the Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses, and operates as an RIA, which means that Ebneth Financial Group covers the whole spectrum of the industry and operates as a one–stop financial services firm.
“Just like when working in a hospital,” said Carl, “I make it a priority to be caring and trustworthy. The first step must always be to listen to what our clients’ goals are and what they want to accomplish, and then provide the best options.”
Ebneth Financial Group works with people of all ages. If they are dealing with retirees, they coordinate Social Security and Medicare, for example. During the October to December annual enrollment period, Ebneth Financial Group participates in the Medicare Program by providing free consultation services at the Walmart Supercenter in Howell.
Away from the office, Carl is a member of the Business Network International (BNI) and the Hispanic Chamber of New Jersey. He has three children and loves spending as much time with them as possible. During his free time, he enjoys exercising, participating in charity events, watching football and baseball, and going to the beach with his children.
Carlton Ebneth
Carlton Ebneth interned with his father in 2008 and 2009, and received his associate in Business Administration in 2015. He earned his Life and Health licenses, joined Ebneth Financial Group, and shortly after acquired his Property and Casualty License.
Presently, Carlton is working on all aspects of life insurance, health insurance and retirement planning.
“I like working with clients to help ease their minds and explain how products work,” says Carlton. “I always make sure they understand the process and answer any questions they have. We don’t push any products on people because we really have to listen and understand what they need first. For instance, a Long–Term Care policy that’s right for one family might not be a good fit for another.”
In his free time, Carlton enjoys watching sports, hiking, and going to the beach.
Austin Ebneth
Born and raised in New Jersey, Austin Ebneth graduated from Rutgers University, where he received a Bachelor of Science. Austin earned his Life and Health licenses, and is committed to building positive relationships with his clients to aid them in achieving their insurance and financial goals.
Austin’s seven–plus years in the customer service industry has given him the tools needed to serve clients and assist them in finding the right products that best suit their individual needs. Attending webinars, classes and in–person events on a consistent basis are just a few of the ways Austin continues to expand his knowledge of the industry and its products.
In his free time, Austin enjoys skiing, playing club sports and trying new restaurants with friends and family.
